Return and Restock Policy

  1. No Returns After 60 Days
    • Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from the delivered date.
    • Returns requested after 60 days require written approval.
  3. No Refunds – Credit Only
    • No refunds will be issued. Approved returns will receive credit towards outstanding or future purchases only.
  5. Condition of Returns
    • Approved returns are subject to restock fees, which may include but are not limited to:
      • Repackaging costs
      • Transportation costs
      • Material loss or deterioration charges due to inventory age
      • Material loss or deterioration charges due to improper storage
      • Material loss or deterioration charges due to damage during transportation
  7. Return of Private Label Products
    • Returns of private label products, specialty blended, or specialty packaged products require written approval.
    • Approved returns will be subjected to additional fees, which may include but are not limited to:
      • Repackaging costs
      • Reprocessing costs
      • Transportation to reprocessing facility
  9. Final Decision
    • The company reserves the right to determine the restock fee amount and to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
