Eric Dockery

Eric was born and raised in Evansville, IN. He graduated from Central High School and continued his studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Southern Indiana. He currently resides on the westside of Evansville with his wife Tawani (27 years of marriage in Oct 2020) and son Jeremiah (who is engaged to get married in Nov of 2021 to Emily Dickinson). We also have a grandchild Addilyn Dickinson.

Eric began his work career as a disc jockey working overnights as a senior in high school and worked hard to grow his career in the industry including promotions, music director and sales. Eventually he became a General Manager of a small station in Owensboro, Ky. Eric had a chance to get into plastics and learn hands-on how to extrude plastic. Learning lab testing, blending, extrusion, warehousing, inside and outside sales and any and all aspects of the custom extrusion industry. Eric has held pretty well every position in plastics and has led teams as the Plant Manager for two different plastic companies in Evansville. Eric is trained in Lean Manufacturing principals and holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma. Eric enjoys working with people to build a team atmosphere through mentoring and coaching and employs innovative methods to increase production, reduce costs, improve quality and streamline production and processes.

Eric has been with Jamplast, Inc. since February of 2020.

In his free time, Eric has coached youth football at the EJFL, served on several Chrysalis teams and has started a ministry called Youth Crusaders at the Youth Care Center that helps and mentors incarcerated youth ages 12-17. Eric is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and loves to vacation in Gatlinburg, TN.
